Over the course of my career, I’ve mastered every phase of IT program and project management, from clarifying the big picture to sweating the details that drive real results. I’m known for building teams that actually want to work together, leading with clarity, accountability, and just the right amount of grit.My work sits at the intersection of business and technology, strengthened by leadership roles across both the public and private sectors. I bring vision, structure, and a relentlessly people-first mindset to every initiative I touch.As Board Chair for the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP) and Immediate Past Chair of the Women in Tech Subcommittee, I’m passionate about elevating women in technology and making sure our voices are not just included but amplified. As a Gartner Peer Community Ambassador, I’m part of a dynamic network that thrives on honest conversations, big ideas, and cross-industry collaboration in a rare, no-sales environment where innovation actually takes center stage.Giving back is my non-negotiable. I’m an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society and serve as a 2026 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Ambassador. I also serve as a mentor for Harrisburg University’s IT Leadership Program, Serving as an IT Leadership Mentor for Harrisburg University’s IT Leadership Program, supporting emerging technology leaders as they execute their capstone projects.
