Responsible to manage purchasing strategy within Indirect Purchase of around $70M annual spend including capex for Capital – Machinery Equipment and Tooling, Fuels (Naphtha /LSHS /LPG / HSD), Coal, Marketing and communication, HR & Admin services, Quality, Operations and Production, MRO, IT – Software / Hardware purchase, IT AMCs, IT Communication etc.\\\\nManaging 5 site locations including manufacturing Pipes plants (Urse – Pune, Masar – Vadodara and Ratnagiri) and corporate purchases in India. Plan and execute all activities for Indirect Purchasing in the assigned regions.\\\\nIdentify and implement TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) improvement initiatives, deliver annual savings goals.\\\\nPerforming various functions like supplier management, high value price fixing, long term framework agreements, development of Market Intelligence, contributor to new strategic development activities to across all regions and Process, Systems & purchasing administration.\\\\nEnsure compliance with Schedule of Executive Approvals when contracts approval.\\\\nIdentifying synergies and take in charge transversal group projects and managing various project teams across the regions.\\\\nPartner with cross functional team to ensure better alignment of purchasing processes and policies with internal business requirement.\\\\nResponsible for establishing and developing a strong and profitable relationship with a reliable base of suppliers.\\\\nParticipates in continual management discussions to ensure key business requirements are in alignment with sourcing strategy.\\\\nMonthly reporting on ongoing projects update, improvements and challenges.\\\\nMonitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Procurement function on a timely and accurate basis.\\\\nManage overall performance of the Purchasing process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
