ABOUT SARAH MCJURY
As a technology strategy and MA & D professional, I focus on helping organizations navigate complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and translate deal intent into operational reality. My work centers on post-deal technology integration and separation, executive decision governance, and global program execution in high-pressure, time-bound environments. My portfolio includes leading large-scale divestiture and carve-out efforts at Whirlpool Corporation, where I co-led a technology separation program spanning more than 700 applications across six countries. I partnered closely with executive leaders across IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations to ensure Day 1 readiness, business continuity, and disciplined execution for multi-billion-dollar operations. Across these efforts, my objective has been to reduce risk, maintain operational stability, and deliver outcomes on time and under budget. In parallel to deal execution, I\'ve worked closely with senior leaders to define post-deal operating models, prioritize technology investments, and make clear trade-offs when resources and timelines were constrained. I\'m most effective in environments where ambiguity is high, decisions must be made quickly, and execution matters much more than theory. So what\'s my deal- I bring complex deal strategy from planning through execution. I’m not satisfied with identifying what needs to happen, but work to ensure it actually happens under real-world conditions- I translate cross-functional challenges into clear, executable plans that leaders and teams can act on with confidence- I commit to listening first, understanding organizational context and priorities, and aligning stakeholders before driving decisions that affect systems and people. Do you have a complex technology challenge tied to a merger, acquisition, or divestiture? Are you looking to connect with someone who values disciplined delivery, thoughtful and collaborative leadership, and perspective gained through experience? Or are you looking to talk about a bucket list trip with a fellow hiker? Let\'s connect!
