I have extensive experience in Marketing and Graphic Design. While the early part of my career focused on graphic design, I have recently been drawn to the research and end result of that design. Therefore, I have been involved more on the marketing end and I am really enjoying that as I continue to do design as well.

   Promoted from Marketing Specialist to Marketing Manager as department grew• Develop, update, and manage all print and online collateral, including but not limited to flyers, site plans, aerials, demographics, signs, photography, website, eblasts, and social media, ensuring brand consistency across all mediums• Implemented, maintain, and track email marketing schedule• Reactivated and continue to manage social media platforms and strategies• Created YouTube channel with over views in 9 months with only 21 subscribers and 16 videos including Videos, Shorts, and Playlists• Work directly with outside agencies to create and maintain website and social media schedule including reporting and sharing leads to leasing agents• Manage all aspects of various property-specific events and conventions throughout the year including booking and scheduling, working with various vendors involved in set up, catering, floral, etc.• Attend monthly leasing meetings to keep abreast of upcoming changes, analyze results, and propose strategies to achieve goals• Hire and manage all members of Marketing Department including creating job descriptions for new roles and managing workflow
