I’m a product leader with 15+ years of experience leading financial product teams. I’m interested in delivering value for my organization by leading successful teams and digital transformation initiatives. Currently, I serve as the Head of Product Innovation at U.S. Financial Technology. At U.S. Fintech, I’ve been able to create significant ROI by tripling the speed of the decision-making process, creating an 8-person business development team to lead sales, and lowering our response time by 50%. I am always looking for new ways to build efficiency and use new technology to save our team both money and time. Throughout my past roles, I’ve honed my skills in communication and in building and leveraging a support network. Building trust is crucial to establishing value-driven business partnerships. I have led teams of 30+ through strategic projects and initiatives, and I enjoy troubleshooting with a team. At U.S. Fintech, I serve as chair of the Innovation Lab, where we set aside space for team members to tackle problems from new angles and then present their ideas to company leadership.I am skilled at looking at problems through a new lens and modernizing processes. At JPMorgan Chase & Co, I’ve been in charge of onboarding $1.3T in strategic assets, redesigning client communication processes, and implementing a new client-centric coverage model.
