In the past years I dealt with very different technologies like Java Enterprise and Web based application, ERP software and specialized Solutions based on PHP and Node.Js. I helped getting those systems designed, implemented and improved.But I\'m always interested in understanding the peoples requests and demands behind those solutions because I strongly believe that a good and complete understanding of the \"Problems too solve\" is the best way to find and validate the Solutions.This is one of the key goals I worked on in different roles inculding beeing an external Consultant and coach, Software and Solutions Architect and Product Manager for a large Framework supporting market leading APM Solutions. There is always more then one simple answer to any problem, but the first question should always ask about the problem and it\'s different facets.I\'m highly motivated by working with people and technology.
