I have a history of building professional teams to reduce the complexity of complex projects, define the right metrics to steer the project and finish on time, on budget and with a team ready to take on the next challenge. I have been fortunate in having worked with some outstanding teams working in a wide variety of technical disciplines. The majority these team members have wanted to share their knowledge and improve the knowledge of the entire project team. This has invariably stretched my perspective and increased my ability to communicate across disciplines.
