My early career journey began in big box retail stores, before I made the jump into the telecommunications industry in 2014. Since joining this industry, I’ve been responsible for leading stores and districts directly through significant change and evolutions. I’ve also been responsible for the operations and strategy of the retail organization in the Keystone Region. Over the past 12 months, I took a leap of faith into Analytics, and have been finding new and innovative ways to identify performance trends, opportunities and gaps that help our sales directors build long-term strategy and short-term tactics.
