I am a healthcare data professional with a strong foundation in Real World Data (RWD) strategy and Real World Evidence (RWE) generation, currently serving as a Real World Data Analyst and Governance Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). In this role, I drive initiatives that shape the strategic use of RWD assets across therapeutic areas and geographies, enabling insight-driven decisions in R&D and commercial domains. I also lead communications and cross-functional collaborations that promote effective data governance and long-term stakeholder alignment.Prior to BMS, I worked with ZS Associates as a Data Strategy Associate Consultant, helping clients navigate complex US and ex-US RWD landscapes.
