Tina and her business partners saw the need for practical HR expertise that many companies don’t have access to, on an as needed basis. So in 2011, they gathered a team of HR professionals that have a heart for small to medium sized businesses. Their team provides HR support onsite or virtually, customized to their clients’ needs.We start with a conversation to understand what HR means in your business. Once our team is engaged we conduct a Discovery meeting and gap analysis. From there a game plan is built and the work starts. Our rates are established on an hourly basis so our clients can schedule a weekly or monthly plan without the concerns of a retainer commitment.
