I lead PMO and Chief of Staff functions at Proofpoint, partnering with senior executives to turn strategy into execution across AI, digital communications governance, and cloud security.Today my focus is on Proofpoint’s Digital Communications Governance (DCG) business, where we help global financial institutions and enterprises govern how humans and AI agents communicate across email, chat and collaboration tools. I spend most of my time aligning product, engineering, go to market and operations around a clear strategy, then driving the portfolio, funding and execution discipline to make it real.I work best at the intersection of strategy, data and people. I am comfortable in the details of ARR, rule of 60, capacity models and migration plans, and equally comfortable in the rooms where executives are debating trade offs, org design and long term bets. My job is to connect those worlds so we make better decisions, earlier.As a leader, I value clarity, accountability and continuous improvement.
