    As Lead Bioinformatician, I am in charge of coordinating research towards computational methods for tumor microenvironment predictive modeling, bridging multiple omics platforms and spearheading advanced multi-omics pipelines at Cedars-Sinai’s Spatial Molecular Profiling core. I lead analyses for cross-institutional initiatives in immune response and function across lymphoma, lung, prostate, pancreatic, and neuroendocrine tumors, harnessing advanced machine learning, AI, topological modeling, and scientific visualization. My work includes integrating multiple imaging modalities like IMC, COMET Lunaphore, and Xenium to enable novel biomarker discovery, in addition to ensuring robust data pipelines and analysis project management for both internal and external collaborations. Our research focuses on diverse aspects of the tumor microenvironment, including signaling, vascularization, matrix remodeling, and inflammation. Our lab team drives core computational contributions to the NCI SeroNet consortium, modeling SARS-CoV-2 vaccine response in active cancer patients and providing critical insights for NCI and DoD grants. By pushing innovation in computational approaches and driving multi-omics collaborations, my work helps to expand the frontiers of understanding in tumor immunology and therapy response.
