Automotive Logistics Engineer | Audi Infotainment Projects with CARIAD, Italdesign and partners (Global)May 2023 – PresentAs an experienced Logistics Engineer, I drive the optimization of logistics processes and ensure seamless support for global Audi infotainment projects. My role bridges operational execution with strategic planning, enabling efficient material flow, demand forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.** Key Responsibilities **- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements- Ensure smooth material and information flow in alignment with project milestones and organizational needs- Create and manage demand forecasts for components across ongoing and upcoming projects- Oversee inventory control and warehouse management operations to maintain accuracy and availability- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g, purchasing teams and 3PL providers), facilitating cross-functional collaboration- Prepare and manage shipment documentation; coordinate timely deliveries to all functional departments-Manage ordering and stock via SAP ERP- Generate stock and shipment overviews for executive-level presentations- Track and optimize logistics, production, inventory, and supply chain KPIs- Conduct feasibility studies using **Power BI, Microsoft Visio, and VBA** to assess the logistics impact during early-stage vehicle testing- Collaborate with cross-departmental working groups to update workflows and component requirements- Plan demand forecasts and place orders with 3PL vendors and suppliers- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure on-time, in-spec delivery of components-
