Act as a partner and liaise between 20+ core MassMutual firms nationwide, interfacing with field partners including General Agents, Sales Managers, Top Producers and Leadership Staff - Provide onsite and remote technology consultation support and training to firms, including strategic discussions with leadership to position technology at the forefront of the future of their firm and proactive technology trainings with advisors and staff - Own the end-to end experience of onboarding, mentoring, and developing 20+ new Agency Technology Specialists to excel in their roles while simultaneously being the sole technology resource on site to enable these firms to be self-sufficient with technology - Advocate for the customer ranging from field partners to the home office project and support teams, sharing feedback and process improvements to ensure efficient roll outs and mitigate negative VOC and escalations for customer satisfaction - Responsible for white glove escalations from first report to resolution - Frequently leverage technology metrics and trend reports to help firms develop strategies and action plans to optimize their use of our technology offerings - Create relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to reinforce technology communications with field leadership
