Talent Experience & Engagement Leader responsible for gaining insights into the experiences and preferences of our people; helping our businesses act on those insights, and building and activating a brand that attracts and retains the professionals that we need. Formerly the Chief of Staff to the Chief Talent Officer of the Deloitte US Firms. I worked with and advised firm leadership as we sought to be the professional services employer of choice and deliver a world class talent experience for employees and executives. The Talent organization is responsible for all aspects of the talent lifecycle inclusive of talent acquisition; rewards, recognition & well-being; learning & development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to joining the Office of the Chief Talent Officer, I served as the Chief of Staff for Government & Public Services (GPS) Offering & Solutions, working with the practice leadership team to lead special projects; drive communications and engagement at all levels in the practice; support core business and financial planning with a particular focus on sales and revenue forecasting, executive reporting, strategy development and execution. I grew up in the greater Detroit area and graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Michigan and later, pursued my passion for government at the University of Pennsylvania where I earned a Masters in Government Administration. I love traveling with my husband and kids and love listening to audio books and music.
