At Phillips 66/DCP Midstream, my responsibilities included the following. Environmental compliance for the Artesia Natural Gas Plant and the entire North Field, including all booster stations and pipelines. Reporting excess emissions to the New Mexico Environmental Department (NMED) Air Quality Bureau (AQB).Tank inspection coordination and reporting. All MACT and NSPS compliance and semiannual reporting. Title V semiannual reports and Title V Annual Compliance Certifications (ACC)NOx Control reporting.All NMED compliance and reporting.All NMOCD compliance and reporting.LDAR compliance and reporting.Engine testing compliance and reporting. All SPCC compliance and reporting Backup support for the Linam Ranch and Zia II Natural Gas Plants, and the entire South Field, including all booster stations and pipelines.At HollyFrontier/HF Sinclair, my responsibilities included the following.Program Manager of the Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) contractor for the Artesia and Lovington Refineries. Reporting excess emissions to the New Mexico Environmental Department (NMED) Air Quality Bureau (AQB).NSPS compliance. Benzene Fenceline compliance and reporting.Tank inspection coordination and reporting. MACT CC and NSPS semiannual reporting.(including RSR compliance.)Title V semiannual reports and Title V Annual Compliance Certifications (ACC)Consent Decree quarterly reporting and compliance.NOx Control reporting.CEMS compliance.Method 9 Opacity observations. My goal is to learn all aspects associated with the air side of environmental. At Dexter Field Services, I was responsible for LDAR program implementation and management at Navajo Refining, Agave Energy, Conoco Phillips, and Patara Oil and Gas facilities in New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. I possess excellent communication/organizational skills, and is continuing to gain experience with facility process flows, P & ID\'s, and the EPA regulations concerning fugitive emissions, i.e, MACT CC 60 VV, HH, NSPS BWON, etc.I completed my education in February 2008 earning a BS in Business Management. I have successfully facilitated and lead quality improvement teams at Leprino Foods and have some limited group presentation experience. I have successfully completed classes in reading electrical wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
