ABOUT STEVE HOLLAND

Steve is a flexible IT professional with skills that can be applied to many different roles. Steve has valuable experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), understanding business process, writing business requirements, project scoping as well as developing solutions and transitioning through to a supported product. Steve has a keen eye for process improvement which has been demonstrated when he had to define and build a Managed Service and all of the processes and KPIs that were required by the client. This also included the development of tools used for incident management as well as tools to simplify manual processes.Steve is the subject matter expert for all Notes and Domino applications at his current assignment and this has lead to several high visibility projects requiring his expertise to define and architect solutions to business problems in a timely and cost-effective manner. Steve has utilised agile methodologies within these projects to ensure his contribution is effective and on time.Steve Is an accomplished Service Delivery manager, qualified in ITIL, steve has built relationships with the business as well as his technical teams to ensure that the services he manages perform well and deliver, first time every time in both support activities as well as development and infrastructure projects.Steve currently manages the projects team for Salesforce projects at a major retailer on behalf of Capgemini. In addition to this, Steve is a Well-being Champion for Capgemini providing support for those struggling with their mental health.
