Home Mortgages, Build Site Loans, Rec Land Loans, Construction Loans, Barndominiums, Second Homes, Investment Properties, and more. My in-house loan programs offer high flexibility and wonderful perks like our Co-Operative profit sharing ‘Patronage’ dividend program, and the ability to re-price fixed rates for one signature and a small fee when rates improve. We can do recreational land and build sites at long term fixed rates with 15% down. We have a first-time homebuyer program that requires 0% down.
