   Thrilled to be managing Genesys\' various online communities. In my role, I get to collaborate with Genesys\' customers, partners, and colleagues to build the online community they use to share knowledge, connect, and stay in the know. The teams that I manage and work with love getting creative on the site and helping our audience navigate all of the knowledge the comes with Genesys. It\'s lead to continued growth on the site. It\'s hard to believe that branches of the Genesys community have been in existence for over 15 years and we now have close to 100k member profiles that have contributed to our growth. Our community members can enjoy a mix of of public communities for knowledge sharing and private communities for targeted interactions. In my role, I get to find fun ways to engage these diverse groups and foster further participation.
