I run performance and reporting programs for large, distributed field operations. The kind where assets are spread across thousands of sites and decisions have real dollars behind them. Currently Senior Operations Business Analyst at The Home Depot, where I manage an asset,$40M portfolio across locations. My scope covers generator fleets, fence & gate, capital projects, and preventive maintenance programs that keep stores running through hurricanes, outages, and everyday demand. What I actually do- Build the KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting that turn messy operational data into decisions- Manage vendor performance end-to-end — setting standards, holding partners accountable, and driving SLA compliance- Oversee P&L and capital budget execution across Finance, Procurement, Safety, and Field Ops- Design and ship AI-driven tools (LLM classification, automated quote analysis, batch tagging systems) that cut manual analyst work and speed up vendor workflows Day-to-day I live in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), SQL, and Python, with Tableau and Power BI for reporting, and ServiceChannel, SAP, and ProTrack for the operational layer. I\'m at my best when problems are ambiguous, data is messy, and the answer isn\'t obvious yet.
