Welcome I am an energetic PhD student in Information Science with a focus on optimizing sociotechnical systems in public safety and healthcare environments. My research primarily investigates complex challenges within the continuum of care, including 9-1-1, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire, Emergency Departments (ED), and Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH). Using human-centered computing, I break down siloes within and between these systems to enable seamless, person-centered care. Research Interests: Person-Centered Care, Complex Populations (e.g, High Utilizers), 9-1-1, EMS, Fire, ED, MIH-CP, Sociotechnical Systems, HCC, Systems Thinking, Health Informatics, Data Visualization, UX/UI.When I am not teaching myself something new, I am either looking for dog-friendly businesses to take my mutt to, enjoying a double espresso, or exploring Philadelphia.
