I have been practicing law since 2001. I started as a plaintiff\'s personal injury lawyer in New York City where I worked as a trial lawyer with countless jury trials under my belt. I remain licenced to practice law in the State Courts of New York and I am also admitted to the Federal Courts of the United States (United States Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York). I have written and argued appeals on subjects ranging from New York State’s threshold law to Wrongful Imprisonment and Constitutional Torts.While in New York, I was an active member in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Serbian Bar Association of America, serving as the director of the East Coast Chapter of the Serbian Bar Association. I am currently a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.I was born and raised in Scarborough and I did my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. In 2009, after having lived in the United States for 12 years, I decided to move back to my home in Toronto where I wanted to raise my family. Within a matter of months of my return to Toronto, I was accredited to write the Ontario Bar exam and he was called to the bar in Ontario in 2010.I have dedicated my entire legal career to representing injured accident victims. My goal is the same with all of my clients; to get them the justice they deserve.When not working to serve my clients, I have two passions; volunteering in my community and spending time with my beautiful wife and two amazing kids. I volunteer at my children\'s middle school and I have also volunteered my time with the West Mall Hockey Club and the Mississauga Senators Hockey Club. I am a strong supporter of Children Without Borders, a charitable organization.Lastly, I am an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan and I spend most of my free tim either around the rinks of Southern Ontario watching my son play hockey or my daughter who is a competitive gymnast.

My career started as a personal injury lawyer in New York City. While practicing in the USA, I specialized in all personal injury matters, including civil rights litigation, focussing on constitutional torts, premises liability and automobile accidents as they pertained to New York State’s no-fault law and the serious injury threshold.
