Leading Product Management of novel confidential FinTech Platform and Data products within the firmwide Business Accelerator. • Created the mission, vision, and goals for the initiative, providing a clear direction and purpose for teams. • Designed and created the company\'s first pitch deck, which is now used for internal and external customers, effectively communicating the company\'s value proposition and key differentiators. • Leading the development and execution of the Platform\'s overall product strategy, including a specific confidential Data product. • Defining and articulating product requirements, creating and maintaining a roadmap. • Building, leading, mentoring, and setting the pace for the teams that will support the delivery of the products. • Defining objectives and key success metrics for the products. • Conducting market and customer research to understand target customers, their needs and pain points. • Collaborating with stakeholders, such as Design, Engineering, Data, Operations and Commercial teams, to drive products to success. Additional Responsibilities: • Chair of International Consumer Women\'s Network. • Created, organised and delivered an engineering-specific onboarding program for new joiners across all levels within International Consumer in NA, EMEA and APAC. This 2-week onboarding program designed for back-end, data, core and test engineers embodies a range of theory modules such as SDLC, Test Automation, Data and Privacy. The program has been well-received with 100% satisfied or above rating across all new joiners and their respective teams since inception. • Led my team of 10 engineers during JP Morgan\'s Innovation Week 2022 Hackathon and with our resulting product finishing in the top 5% of competitors globally.
