As a Managing Director, I serve as a key member of both the Staffing and Outsourcing teams and I\'m tasked with building both teams into a high growth, entrepreneurial organization. •developing search strategy and process for the Staff Augmentation and Outsourcing teams•constructing target lists of companies and potential candidates•cultivating relationships with high potential sources and prospects for immediate opportunities as well as longer-term possibilities•conducting in-depth candidate interviews and written assessments•developing final round interview assessment strategy and driving decision making process for each unique search•developing and delivering competitive offers (including compensation and a compelling vision of the role and opportunity over time)•managing the post-offer/candidate “sell” process to achieve high offer acceptance rates•analyzing and communicating important recruiting trends to inform the department’s recruiting effectiveness and efficiency •forecasting department needs through regular meetings with department leadership•developing succession planning and career pathing frameworks that meet the needs of each individual team and individual staff members•supporting managers in providing structured, detailed plans to manage staff performance•analyzing retention trends and developing annual goals/plans to drive strong retention across the division•serving as a resource for the rest of the recruiting team, sharing candidate pipeline and helping to develop search strategy for unique roles
