Highly motivated and versatile Research Scientist with 8+ years of experience in analytical development, translational sciences, and pathology within the NHS and biopharmaceutical industry. Proven ability to design, conduct, and report bioanalytical studies, ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP/GCP regulations and delivering high-quality data. Passionate about scientific research, coding and knowledge sharing through personal projects and outreach initiatives.My current work focuses on the qualification and validation of bioanalytical assays as part of my role in analytical development, ensuring that all assays adhere to the ICH Q2(R2) guidelines. I am experienced using automated liquid handler (Hamilton Microlab STAR ad STARlet) to run qPCR and ELISA-based for qualification and validation purposes. SME in the design and setup of ELN (Sapio) software for documentation, organisation and collaboration as well as being part of the Continues Improvement Team and Programmers Forum (Python, VBA, etc).I have previously worked on monitoring the biodistribution of EIAV/HIV vectors, as well as vector persistence and shedding in non-clinical and clinical samples using nucleic acid extraction and PCR techniques. I provided support in monitoring immune responses and transgene expression via ELISA techniques in accordance with GLP/GCP compliance. Additionally, I am skilled in Flow Cytometer staining and data analysis on Attune NxT, BD FACSLyric, BD LSRFortessa, BD FACSVerse and Beckman Coulter CytoFlex to GMP standards.
