Work directly with Private Equity Groups, members of bank group syndications, subordinated debt lenders, turnaround consultants, restructuring officers, investment bankers, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers to implement strategies for distressed businesses, capital injections, financial restructuring, business turnaround and corporate wind downs. Recognized as 2020 and 2022 Upper Middle Market SAG Officer of the Year.• Provide workout strategy recommendations, assist with projections for non-accruals and charge-offs, prepare and present administrative loan status reports for senior management, manage delinquency reports and assist with the underwriting and analysis for new, renewal, short-sale and settlement approvals. Assisted with customer issues and provided customer consultation and strategies for debt restructuring and cash flow management. • In June 2011, took over portfolio of Special Assets accounts from the Business Banking Group, Investment Advisors, CRE and Retail Lines of Business with credit exposure up to $6 Million, primarily in the Lexington and Louisville markets. Work closely with the Business Banking Groups in Lexington and Louisville to identify early stage deteriorating credits. Recognized as 2011 and 2012 Business Banking/Investment Advisors SAG Officer of the Year.
