ABOUT SOFIA K L.

I was the Head of Operations and Programs at Komodo Health, a leading healthcare data and analytics company. I have over 15 years of experience in program management, software as a service (SaaS), across various industries, including biotechnology, cloud computing, and health information technology. In my last role, I oversaw the engineering operations and processes that enable the delivery of high-quality and secure products and services to our customers. I also managed the technical program management team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the engineering, product, and business functions. Some of my key achievements include developing metrics, forecasts, and scope to scale strategic initiatives, revamping and scaling the bug bounty program, and implementing the incident management engagement model. Prior to joining Komodo Health, I was a Manager of Technical Program Management at Cloudflare, where I managed cyber security programs and contributed to the successful IPO in 2019. Before that, I was a Program Manager at Genentech and Rackspace Technology, leading product development and PMO projects. I hold an MBA from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor\'s Degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from University of Arizona, and multiple certifications, including Certified Scrum Master and YogaWorks 200 Hour Teacher Training.
