ABOUT SKY ZHOU
Sky is a strategic finance leader and business partner, experienced in building high-performance finance teams at fast-growing companies, with a successful public listing on the NYSE. Sky joined Li-Cycle on its mission to make lithium batteries truly sustainable for our environment. Sky built and led financial reporting, planning and analysis functions at Li-Cycle (NYSE : LICY). He currently leads major finance projects including ERP implementation and SOX compliance. Prior to this, Sky worked as a director of finance at Redline Communications (TSX : RDL) and as a senior associate at PwC, where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation. As a volunteer, Sky has mentored several CPA candidates, been elected to serve as a board member for his condominium, and advised several tech startups on financial matters. As an entrepreneur, Sky founded Matrix Inception, specialized in development of holographic and mixed reality applications. He also co-founded MRXPO, a metaverse platform that enables virtual exhibitions and trade shows. Sky graduated from the University of Waterloo (Canada) with a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Master of Accounting.
