About Skyy Simmons

I help athletes pursue their dreams… sometimes that starts in the gym. I know what it means to chase a dream. I have dedicated hours and years to my craft as a USATF Junior Olympics competitor, a scholarship athlete at Syracuse University, and professional football player. My greatest achievements include running a 4.28 40 yard dash, becoming All Conference in Track and Field, and being invited to NFL Tryouts. My persistence and determination led to me signing a CFL contract. I know the journey of dream chasing… and I love every second of it. Now, I have trained over 100+ NFL, college, and youth athletes with their strength and conditioning and football skills. Faith, Focus, Finish is my foundation. It took faith to remain focused over the years in order to finish the tasks I started. Now I share that motto to inspire athletes to become the best version of themselves. I set out to inspire, encourage, motivate, and build athletes to become a pro at life by building character and developing life skills. If I am not interacting with my 5 siblings, reading, bowling, watching movies, or at a church event, I am challenging others to never settle. You can always find me smiling, and looking for ways to make others feel cared for. It’s easy to pack your bags and give up on your dream. It’s hard to fight for your dreams.
