In my role as Associate Talent Resourcing Partner, I provide centralised recruitment support across the Lift Schools multi-academy trust, working nationally with 57 schools and various regional hubs. I manage recruitment campaigns and administration at scale, supporting five Regional Talent Resourcing Partners and helping ensure our schools attract the right people to deliver excellent education and experiences for children across the country. My work blends recruitment advertising and coordination with finance admin and wider operational support. I lead on central recruitment activity and contribute to nationwide campaigns, including national initiatives like ITT (Initial Teacher Training) recruitment.Key responsibilities:• Managing centralised recruitment campaigns across multiple regions and school settings• Drafting and publishing job adverts, tracking applications, and coordinating interview logistics• Contacting candidates to arrange interviews and support a smooth recruitment journey• Supporting national ITT recruitment campaigns and engagement• Assisting with finance administration tasks, including raising purchase orders and managing recruitment-related spend• Acting as the main point of contact for central recruitment and liaising with stakeholders across the trust• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with recruitment and onboarding processes
