Most of my time at Oracle Health has been spent helping federal healthcare clients navigate complex system changes. Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs through large-scale rollouts has shown me just how much success depends on more than technology, it’s about preparing people, guiding them through uncertainty, and building confidence in new processes.Much of my work has centered on Revenue Cycle applications, from certifying patient accounting trainers to supporting go-live events where the stakes were high and the timelines tight. I’ve seen firsthand how small adjustments to workflows can make a measurable difference in efficiency and end-user adoption.Along the way, I’ve taken on projects that ranged from designing adoption programs with a 95% completion rate to troubleshooting process gaps revealed through data analysis. Each challenge reinforced my belief that change management is less about “delivering training” and more about equipping people to succeed in new environments. That’s where I focus my energy: finding the balance between systems, processes, and people.
