ABOUT SKYLER WHITEHEAD

Skyler is a seasoned multimedia expert with a passion for storytelling and being innovative in the way we socially and artistically connect with the world. He prides himself on being a re-framer and free thinker looking for new ways to solve problems and shift the culture through producing content. In his 17 year career, Sky has had the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally recognized projects airing on 27+ networks. His full resume includes a demonstrated history of working in broadcast tv, scripted narrative for tv & film, sports, commercials, documentaries, press, photo journalism, corporate events and digital platforms. Holding technical skill sets in video & still camera operation, data management, lighting, video post production, photo editing, broadcast graphics, carpentry, projection, Record/playback and more.As a creative he has a strong arts and design background. Working as an editorial, fashion, and portrait photographer for several years running his own studio while developing a passion for creating fine art. His personal works include beautifully vibrant skylines, landscapes and art nudes produced on canvas, tapestries, furniture, and installations that will shift the way you perceive the natural world. In his exploits as a content producer, Sky has developed projects for a variety of businesses, artists, schools and innovators of all types. Content development is a special passion because it\'s where great ideas materialize into something that changes lives. Whether it\'s introducing a great product to the market, advertising a show, or helping a business/non profit connect with the people who need them, as a content and development producer Sky prides himself of finding a unique way to tell the story. His personal projects including: 2 Podcasts, sexual wellness tools, documentaries, & several photo art/narrative fiction/educational books on the horizon. His educator journey started with being a teacher assistant in college while acquiring a Bachelors in Fine Arts. Where he peer mentored video and photography students while running various student organizations. Sky has also worked in spaces with youth tutoring math, English, arts and ESL. With adult learners he has spent time teaching classes or hosting workshops for media arts, public speaking, body & sex positive education and project development. During the the lull of Covid he also became a certified yoga instructor. With all these skills Skyler is uniquely positioned to work with you in the development, technical creation or in front of the camera/classroom.
