Business Process Improvement (Bpi) Project Manager @Airgas

Primary responsibilities will be to lead program initiatives focused on process improvement solutions in support of Airgas NCN’s operations, sales, administrative, and finance teams. This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes to identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase quality, and improve our customer experience utilizing continuous improvement principles. In addition, I\'m responsible for developing project plans, resource planning and allocation, monitoring progress, tracking captured efficiencies, and ensuring continuous stakeholder communication throughout a project\'s lifecycle.
