Working on the must-win proposal team as part of the Client Action Team in Western Canada. I hold a Foundation certificate from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.Duties include-In partnership with the pursuit manager, lead the proposal prep and submission for various pursuits-Support the pursuit manager in coordinating the proposal kick-off meeting as well as scheduling and facilitating ongoing proposal coordination meeting-Develop and maintain a proposal outline, draft standard proposal sections, format, assemble and submit documents-Coordinate and insert technical content, update and customize CVs and personnel bios, project descriptions, and other proposal information-Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal SharePoint, files, and systems- Coordinate with the graphics team for specialized content, as well as personally creating content in InDesign-Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule to ensure internal proposal deadlines are met-Support clarifications and post-bid submission requirements-Support the Proposal Process Lead on strategic pursuits-Develop and maintain support materials libraries: CVs, project sheets, images, testimonials, etc.I am also the co-chair of the Mississauga Young Professionals Committee, starting in January 2026, after nearly a year as a representative on the committee.

At Hatch, I co-chair our Young Professionals Committee for the Mississauga offices, where my passion for mentorship, building a network, and fostering a positive workplace culture come into perfect alignment. Previous to this, I was fully entrenched in the world of print news, working as a manager, editor, and designer for dozens of Canadian and American newspapers. I still maintain a steady freelance career as an editor.I\'m an experienced editor, writer, copy writer, and layout designer. I love telling people\'s stories, connecting with readers, and making pages come alive. I will defend the Oxford comma with my dying breath. I\'ve previously worked as a page editor on award-winning Connecticut, Michigan, Texas and Virginia-based newspapers, several national papers with Postmedia, The Globe and Mail, and the Sun papers. I have bylines in The Walrus, Toronto Life, the National Post, and the GrowthOp. I\'ve also ghostwritten and edited a 250+ page photography book, to be published in 2026. In my time at the Toronto Metropolitan University, I was on the dean\'s list while working for The Eyeopener and the Review of Journalism.
