As the Assistant General Manager at The Strat Hotel~Casino~Skypod, one of the most iconic landmarks in Las Vegas, I oversee the operations and performance of the hotel, casino, restaurants, entertainment, and retail segments of the property.My core competencies include pre-opening planning and development, team building, training and leadership development, advantage play detection, slot and table game analysis, budgeting and forecasting, dispute resolution management, and proficiency in various gaming and office software.
