Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire clinical roles across multiple regions, including RN, LPN, SPT, Respiratory Therapy, Imaging, and leadership positions• Handle account management for high-priority healthcare clients, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and clinical directors• Conduct proactive prospecting to generate new client partnerships and reactivate dormant accounts (no-retainer, no-fee-unless-we-fill model)• Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and targeted Boolean searches• Lead high-touch candidate management: screening, interview prep, offer negotiation, and onboarding support (Workday, Okta, CORI/HireRight, orientations, etc.)• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workflow, schedules, and pay structures to ensure accurate candidate alignment• Track all candidate activity, submissions, and conversations within ATS/CRM to ensure organized, efficient workflow• Provide weekly updates to hiring teams, oversee orientation timelines, and resolve onboarding barriers to ensure smooth starts• Consistently exceed activity metrics through high-volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and Indeed
