As a former competitive soccer player and a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), I started my practice with a desire to share my experiences in life as an athlete, a clinician, an everyday man, and a new dad.With the team mentality I gained from my experiences at the college and professional level, and as a former amateur triathlete, current cyclist and multi-sport athlete, my approach helps clients get the most out their lives so they can journey toward a healthier lifestyle.Through a combination of realistic guidance and science-based truths, I help my clients ranging from athletes to the chronically ill accomplish whatever they commit their minds to. By enjoying success in both your personal and professional life, I help clients understand what it takes to achieve and win at a high level.I spent the last 5 years working in digital health care providing virtual nutrition support and managing virtual health coaches delivering care to thousands of patients across the US. Prior to that I was a dietitian at the Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu, CA and the head of nutrition and food services at A Place Called Home, an after school drop in center in south central Los Angeles. My work in nutrition has always been and continues to be driven by a need to help, educate, and empower those seeking support to live their best lives.It\'s time to make your health a priority.
