I currently serve as an international captain on the Gulfstream G500/G600 and G700/G800, operating globally with a focus on safety, operational excellence, discretion, and mission readiness.Beyond the flight deck, I am the Founder and President of Hera Aviation Group, a nonprofit and coaching and development based organization dedicated to strengthening the aviation workforce through inclusive leadership, sustainable talent pipelines, and evidence-based organizational practices. Our work supports women, caregivers, and underrepresented cohorts—groups essential to the future of aviation leadership and retention.I hold a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and bring a behavioral science lens to aviation operations, safety culture, leadership development, and organizational performance—bridging human factors, data-driven decision-making, and operational systems.I am a frequent industry speaker and published author on topics including culture, equity, workforce sustainability, and leadership accountability. I have been a featured presenter at NBAA-BACE (2021, 2023, 2024), Women in Aviation International (2024, 2025), and the International Aviation Women’s Association (2023). My work has also been highlighted on New Hampshire Chronicle televised program.
