Analyzing bills for prospective and new clients who are (or should be) tax-exempt to ensure their tax-exempt status is reflected in billing and if it’s not, facilitating completion of predominant use study (when required) and managing the process of requesting refund of taxes paid in error. Identifying opportunities where energy-efficiency services- such as lighting retrofits, power factor correction, etc would be advantageous and facilitating the completion of these projects. Experienced with setting up net-metering agreements for clients with on-site generation and securing warranty claims for LED lighting.
