Solving business problems through Talent. I bring 7+ years of recruiting experience across both early and late stage startups, hiring across all functions and levels. While I started as a technical recruiter, I’ve often served as a founding recruiter; balancing high volume hiring and building scalable recruiting processes and long term hiring strategy.I love being able to connect people with their own passion and creating the best working environment/career growth path for all employees. We give so much to our work, I think it\'s important to foster an environment that makes people feel valued. I have been involved in setting up recognition programs, team-building activities, and spearheaded initiatives to improve employer branding, DEI, and employee retention. When I\'m not working, I enjoy all things food- whether it\'s trying out a new recipe, finding the perfect wine pairing, or putting together a killer cheese board. Outside of work, my Excel skills are used to keep track of various cities I\'ve travelled to and all of the restaurants I\'ve visited/want to visit. Who says data can\'t be delicious?
