Employee Relations Manager @OneAdvanced

Successfully leading a team of HR Advisors supporting 3,200 employees across all aspects of the business. •• Leading and managing a team of 4 HR Advisors whilst building their capability through coaching and mentoring for the full employee lifecycle thereby enabling excellent service to the business • Main point of contact to lead all complex ER cases including high profile grievances, disciplinary, and ill-health capability, appeals, ACAS and Employment Tribunal • Supporting large scale collective and individual consultations for redundancy, restructures, TUPE’s and office closures ensuring best practices are followed • Dealing with disputes appropriately – mediation, ACAS early conciliation • Analysing employee relations, attrition, sickness absence data monthly to present to HRBPs, Head of Talent, and Head of Engagement to outline key focus areas of concern • Working closely with the commercial Merger & Acquisition team, HRBPs and Head of Engagement to successfully integrate employees • Partnering with C-Suite to implement performance management within their orgs in a fair and consistent manner • Building manager capability through coaching and guidance to create a high-performance culture with Workforce Alignment • Creating and updating people policies in line with legislation / company updates in line with Company Values • Overseeing all people practices ensuring they are legally compliant • Influencing stakeholders and managers by advising on risk • Ensuring managers are upskilled to deal with people in a fair and effective manner • Training all levels of management on policies/procedures, wellbeing, and employee relations • Partnering with CoE’s within HR to ensure companywide objectives are achieved • Collaborating with CoE’s within HR and stakeholders across the company to improve people processes • Reinforcing an environment of employee engagement and high performance
