I am a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) with around 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, currently the Country Head at SSi People, a leading organization that provides staffing solutions to Fortune companies in the United States. I am responsible for the recruiting P&L, business strategies, as well as the performance management, people management, and operations management across locations in India. I have expertise in setting up Global Delivery Centers, offshore business and operations management, staffing-US/onsite, learning and development programs, hiring, retention, and performance management, I have built, managed, scaled up operations of firms helping them generate cumulative revenue of over $700M. I have been recognized as a Global Staffing Leader by Bullhorn, Top Staffing Leader by World Staffing Summit, and most recently Top 100 Great People Manager by Economic Times/Great Manager Institute.
