Managed teams of content developers, program managers, vendors, and interns with wide seniority range, working across different CS topics and organizations. Mentored several employees to become top performers across the department using Model, Coach, Care framework. Designed the 12-course Computer Science Curriculum, a comprehensive MOOC track, and introduced new credentialing/monetization model for edX.org in hypergrowth community learning. Substantial global impact with more than 1.2 million (75%) enrolled students outside the US. Promoted operations efficiency and consistency by reducing content creation costs by over 60%, transitioning team to agile sprint model for content creation, and adopting Markdown to increase consistency, maintainability, and scalability of published materials. Using Data and BI to drive all decisions – from selection of curriculum to improving courses.
