About Steven Swanson
Throughout my career, I’ve led countless organizations to extraordinary growth through effectively implementing change initiatives and successful strategic planning. Transforming businesses starts with developing leaders who are hungry for extreme growth and eager to learn. My experience in driving multiple acquisitions across diverse industries, establishing transformative culture, and acquiring multiple class-leading customers, all of which led me to starting my advisory and coaching practice. As President of Bootstrap West Michigan and as a Vistage Chair, I focus on leveraging my years of leading global companies through multiple M&A transactions, negotiations, organizational and strategic development, and caring for employees to help clients create a better organization. My members are committed to impactful growth, passionate about reaching their full potential, and eager to create sustainable and scalable solutions. Gathering with peers in similar situations from diverse industries allows executives to have uncomfortable and necessary conversations in order to achieve better results. When leaders successfully balance strategic planning with fearless execution, it will transform and catapult organizations. Giving back is one of the biggest purposes and passions of my life. My wife and I support multiple non-profits and NGOs to help women and children in Michigan and globally. Transformation happens in peer advisory groups.
