ABOUT SOPHIE KREYTAK

As an Investment Associate at Cambridge Associates, I focus on Sustainable and Impact Investing and helping clients align their portfolios with their values and drive meaningful, measurable change. My journey in finance began with a deep belief in the power of capital to address global challenges, a passion I cultivated at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and have carried into every stage of my career so far.I also bring hands-on experience in operational due diligence and investment operations, which has equipped me with a strong analytical foundation and a unique approach to investment analysis. At Cambridge Associates, I am grateful to work alongside mission-driven colleagues to advance innovative investment strategies that support environmental sustainability, social equity, and long-term value creation.Beyond my core investment work, I am deeply committed to advocacy and inclusion. I serve as Co-Chair of the Cambridge Associates LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), and am a member of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council, where I help foster a culture of belonging and champion initiatives that support LGBTQ+ colleagues and underrepresented voices across the firm. I also co-chair the Sustainability Committee for the Head Of The Charles Regatta, reflecting my dedication to environmental stewardship in and outside the workplace.I thrive in collaborative, purpose-driven environments and am always eager to connect with others who share a vision for using finance as a force for good.
