About Stephanie K.

I am enthusiastic about making connections with potential mentors and exploring various options for fast-paced managerial positions in finance, credit, insurance and real estate. I strive towards excellence and drive strategic change within the global insurance group at Moody\'s Ratings. I am independent, thorough, and successful in executing above expectations. I continue to facilitate progress and agility within the group to deliver a timely outcome from all of us. My suggestions are not only appreciated but implemented groupwide as requirements to adapt by senior management. My experiences have led me to understand the Rating Transaction Services, Operations, and Ratings & Research Groups\' workflows at Moody\'s in a deeply contextualized and thorough perspective, which is unique compared to my peers.I prided myself on opportunities the Tulane University community afforded me in diversifying my college experiences both inside and outside the classroom in New Orleans. I hold Bachelors’ in Finance and Legal Studies in Business with specializations in Entrepreneurship.

Experience

  1. Jewish Cultural Business Resource Group Lead

    Moody's Corporation

In a world of over eight-billion people, it truly feels like all is dark these days. But you don’t need eight-billion lamps to illuminate the world, 0.2% of that is enough. And I am part of that 0.2% and proud to be, it is the embodiment of who I am and ingrained in me to do anything and everything I can to help another Jew.As the first leader of this newly formed group, I am creating my own playbook for planning and executing on a variety of programs, events and content creation for the Jewish employees at Moody\'s globally to create and maintain an environment in which members are encouraged to grow, participate and continue to exemplify Moody’s values and contribute to their overall success within the Moody’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mission Statement. We provide a unique cultural perspective to Moody’s on various issues and are open to all members of the Moody’s community, Jews and Jewish allies alike and seek to provide a safe space to communicate on issues that we face daily in our workplace and in our day-to-day lives and build on the Moody’s culture of belonging. Antisemitism, the world’s oldest hatred, is rising again, and we need to face it together, and with Moody’s support. Our goals are to network, to share our stories among ourselves and with the larger Moody’s community. To create a platform where our shared cultural experiences can be discussed, recognized, respected, and blended with those of other groups within the firm and society.
