ABOUT KRITHIKA SERALATHAN
I started my career as a software engineer writing code on black and white screen (COBOL), moving on to product development in iOS. Within two years, I had the opportunity to work on technologies that couldn\'t be any different from one another. I moved to Chicago to do my Master\'s, which opened up a whole new world of opportunities. My role on the org chart didn\'t say TPM, but the responsibilities did. I have worked with executive sponsors and stakeholders from the beginning of the project. I\'ve made work estimates. I have also coordinated with multiple teams and organizations (as many as 34). Given my experience in development(both mobile and web), I have built websites and apps using AngularJS, ReactJS, Kotlin, and Swift. I believe that has helped me share my technical acumen with a non-technical audience (PMsand Business Users).I am an aspiring technical program manager who loves solving new problems and building solutions that make work more intuitive for customers/business users. I am a quick learner with an inherent curiosity to know what goes on behind developing new products. I like bringing organization when there is no clear direction.
