As a senior member of our Product team, my primary focus is on increasing the value, adoption and stakeholder satisfaction of the 2 products I am responsible for (Benefits Administration and ACA) while also evaluating new product concepts to drive further revenue growth. This is accomplished through my-Regular customer and stakeholder interaction to share new product concepts, gather insights and validate expected results from recent product enhancements -Constant cross functional collaboration with other Engineering, Product Design/UX, Client Service/Implementation, Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Legal and Finance leaders -Definition of product vision, strategy and development roadmaps based upon customer needs, market research and attention to the most impactful spoken and unspoken stakeholder challenges -Creation of KPIs/OKRs to assess product improvement success
