About Skip Emil Jensen

30+ years Systems Engineering experience with demonstrated performance in software and systems concept development, architecture, requirements, design, integration, and testing. 25+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated performance in systems and software engineering team leadership as well as multi-function team leadership. In 2017 I was selected by my then employer (Parsons) to help lead and coordinate our business unit\'s transformation to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Agile Product Manager (APM). At Parsons, I lead the launch of our first Agile Release Train (ART) as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the first 6 program increments. Based on performance in these roles, I was chosen to be the first Solution Manager as the business unit\'s SAFe implementation expanded to Large Solution. I am currently performing from my home office as a Lead System Engineer, Lean-Agile MBSE, and SAFe expert, and Engineering Department Leader for Thunderbolt Solutions.
