About Skip Dawson
Skip joined First Potomac Reality Trust in 1998 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2005 he was elected Executive Vice President and COO. October of 2003 he was involved with the successful launch of the Company\'s IPO. Skip has coordinated the Company\'s management and leasing activities since 1998. During this time the company\'s portfolio grew from its initial 1 million square feet to its height of over 13 million square feet. Skip serves on the NAIOP northern Virginia Executive Committee and Board of Directors.He is a member of the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, the Virginia State Board of Realtors.Skip also serves on the Advancement Committee for Bishop O\'Connell High School in Arlington, VA.
